KMR Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1995 in southern NJ as an installer of architectural metal cladding for commercial buildings. Over the years KMR has expanded geographically servicing the Philadelphia, Baltimore and DC metro markets as well as Southern Fl.
Residentially we manufacturer and install metal roofing for your home in over 25 colors of aluminum or steel and also offer copper, zinc and stainless steel products.
Commercially we furnish and install aluminum composite panels, metal roofing, sunshades, louvers, soffit and ceiling systems.
In an ever changing market we are always on the forefront of new innovations within our industry providing sustainable materials that are energy star efficient and LEED compliant making sure our clients are offered the best products available in the market today and doing our role to keep energy costs down.
Collaborating with architects, general contractors and owners in the design/build process of construction is something we have found beneficial for all parties involved. KMR assists its clients with our experience early in the development of the project offering products and ideas to make sure our scope is at or under budget, on schedule, fully warranted and exceeds the demands mother nature can take on the buildings exterior.

Since the companies inception Michael has learned every aspect of what it takes to run a successful business. 10 years was spent working in the field building KMR, teaching him the hands on approach, deciphering blueprints and turning what is on paper into a finished product. Becoming a project manager taught him how to orchestrate the many personalities at every level to maintain quality, performance and relationships. As owner of KMR the responsibilities exist at every level from estimating, contract negotiations, overall company management, strategy and staying ahead of the competition.
When not at work Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends in and around Ocean City, NJ and South Florida. Travel sports with his daughters, offshore fishing, golf and surfing are what he finds most enjoyable.
