KMR Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1995 in southern NJ as an installer of architectural metal cladding for commercial buildings. Over the years, KMR has expanded geographically, servicing the Philadelphia, Baltimore, and DC metro markets as well as Southern Florida.
Residential and Commercial Roofing Solutions
Residentially, we manufacture and install metal roofing for your home in over 25 colors of aluminum or steel and also offer copper, zinc, and stainless steel products.
Commercially, we furnish and install aluminum composite panels, metal roofing, sunshades, louvers, soffit, and ceiling systems.
Innovation & Sustainability
In an ever-changing market, we are always on the forefront of new innovations within our industry, providing sustainable materials that are Energy Star efficient and LEED compliant, making sure our clients are offered the best products available in the market today, and doing our role to keep energy costs down.
The Design/ Build Collaboration
Collaborating with architects, general contractors, and owners in the design/build process of construction is something we have found beneficial for all parties involved. KMR assists its clients with our experience early in the development of the project, offering products and ideas to make sure our scope is at or under budget, on schedule, fully warranted, and exceeds the demands Mother Nature can take on the building's exterior.

Michael J. Schlembach, President
Since the company’s inception, Michael has learned every aspect of what it takes to run a successful business. He spent 10 years working in the field, building KMR and developing a hands-on approach—deciphering blueprints and turning concepts on paper into finished products.
Becoming a project manager taught him how to orchestrate diverse teams at every level while maintaining quality, performance, and strong relationships. As the owner of KMR, his responsibilities span all areas of the business, from estimating and contract negotiations to overall company management, strategy, and staying ahead of the competition.
When not at work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends in and around Avalon, NJ, and South Florida. Watching his daughters’ crew races, offshore fishing, and golf are among his favorite pastimes.
